Split into two groups of two players, 5-10 yards apart. The distance between the players will vary based on their skill level. Move players closer if they are beginners and further apart for more advanced players.
One player serves the ball to his partner who traps and controls the ball with the part of the body speficied by the coach.
When serving the ball to the thigh or chest, the ball should be thrown. Balls served to the foot should be passed. Advanced players can play the chest and thigh traps with their feet.
